After months of planning, refining, and building with intention, Boxing Bear Media officially launched on July 2, 2025, with a clear mission: help organizations turn live events into long-term marketing, sales, and storytelling assets.

Founded by longtime friends and creative partners Bobby Dunlap, Brian Lam, and Paul Foote, Boxing Bear Media was built around a shared belief that events are one of the most underutilized investments in modern marketing. Conferences, trade shows, sales kickoffs, product launches, and internal summits create rare moments where people, stories, and energy align. Too often, that value ends when the room clears.

Boxing Bear Media exists to change that.

What began as late-night conversations about storytelling, business growth, and purpose evolved into a specialized agency focused on strategic event media. The team helps organizations design events with content in mind from the start, capturing not just what happened, but what can be used long after the event ends.

“Our goal was never just to film events,” said co-founder Bobby Dunlap. “We wanted to help teams think differently about them, as platforms for storytelling, pipeline, and brand momentum that extend far beyond a single day.”

Boxing Bear Media specializes in event production, multi-camera video coverage, live podcast studios, livestreams, and run-and-gun content capture, all built around a clear plan for post-event activation. Every project is designed to deliver organized, usable assets that support marketing campaigns, sales enablement, recruiting, and internal communications.

“We see events as content engines, not one-time moments,” said Paul Foote. “When events are planned with strategy, they can fuel months of meaningful content and measurable business impact. That is where we focus.”

The launch of Boxing Bear Media marks the beginning of a focused journey to help organizations extract more value from the events they are already investing in. With a blend of creative strategy, technical execution, and real-world business experience, the team is ready to partner with brands that want their events to work harder.
