Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Producer to join our roster of freelance collaborators. The ideal candidate is a natural leader and problem solver who can take a project from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, crews, and client expectations along the way. You’ll serve as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every production runs smoothly and delivers exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.

Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics for shoots and post-production.

Coordinate communication between clients, directors, editors, and crew.

Lead production meetings, scout locations, and manage on-site logistics.

Ensure projects stay on scope, on time, and on brand.

Review cuts, provide feedback, and guide the creative process to completion.

Maintain accurate documentation, call sheets, and production reports.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a producer in film, video, or media production.

Strong understanding of production workflows and creative processes.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Experience handling budgets and vendor coordination.

Collaborative mindset and client-facing experience.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with live events, podcasts, or livestream production.

Background in scripting or creative development.

Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
Compensation
